Bulgarian President, Rosen Plevneliev, awarded the America for Bulgaria Foundation President, Frank Bauer, the Order of Madara Horseman – first degree „for his great contribution to establishing, developing, and strengthening the Bulgarian – American relations and for his contribution to the public life in Bulgaria.
“Your work leaves visible trace for the development of democracy and strengthening the economy of Bulgaria. With your activities, you helped strengthen the cooperation between the two countries. The Foundation’s mission is to contribute to the development of democracy and economic growth. The America for Bulgaria Foundation also contributes to the development of our country through its programs that support the exchange of skills and knowledge,” said President Plevneliev at the awards ceremony.
