The Bulgarian Entrepreneurs and Startup Community (BESCO) is a nationally representative organization that works to introduce innovative industry regulations, create enabling trade legislation, attract top entrepreneurial talent from around the world, grow local entrepreneurs’ skills, foster technology transfer, increase access to capital, and nurture a sustainable entrepreneurial culture in Bulgaria. The purpose of this grant is to support BESCO’s short-term operation until the organization recruits enough paying members and sets up its system for the recurring payment of membership fees.
