This grant provides for an annual scholarship in the name of the late Christian Takoff, an eminent Bulgarian jurist and one of the most resolute supporters of judicial reform in Bulgaria. The scholarship in his name supports Bulgarian law students with academic achievements in private law who are currently pursuing a law major at any university in Bulgaria, thus motivating them to apply the ideas of justice, high morals, and rule of law.
