The project supports three Bulgarian NGOs – the Centre for Liberal Strategies, Transparency International Bulgaria and the Access to Information Program - to study the reasons and the lessons from the bankruptcy of Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank), which led to an almost 20 percent rise in public debt only as a result of the payment of the state guarantee to the depositors.
