This project is part of the Agritourism in North Bulgaria RFP and will use the grant for creating an indoor wine tasting hall at the Dragoshinov winery. This is a small family business producing 8,000 bottles per year. The family has traditions in making wine, especially the Bulgaria wine variety pelin, which is celebrated every year around Dimitrovden.
