As of the end of 2022, there are 55,000 Ukrainians residing in Bulgaria. Although 65% of them have university degrees and great work ethics, only 15% of them have labor contracts. One of the reasons for this is the language barrier. The language lessons Tesla Academy provides are intensive, two hours, twice a week. The goal is at least 250 of them to graduate with at least A2 level.
