This grant supports an external independent evaluation of the impact of the Teenovator program. Teenovator is a program for creating startup clubs at Bulgarian schools in which entrepreneur mentors help students develop their business ideas. The program, implemented by the Proznanie Foundation, has been active for five years and has reached about 1,600 students in tenth and eleventh grade in 30 locations around Bulgaria. The assessment will review the program’s impact on students and their mentors as well as on the development of a mentorship culture in Bulgaria.
