Under the guidance of experts of the Bulgarian Lawyers for Human Rights Foundation a group of 36 law students or junior lawyers will form the core of a ‘Discussion Club’ and will be trained how to best use provisions in domestic and international law regarding the concept of ‘fair trial’ so as to ensure speedy and impartial administration of justice not only in civic, but also in administrative or commercial court cases.
