High School of Mathematics "Dr. Petar Beron" – Varna will modernize and transform outdated classrooms into a natural science center. The center will include four classrooms, and inventory rooms, and their adjoining common areas, and will be resulting laboratories will be equipped with modern technology and materials for practical work in the respective areas. In addition, the high school will conduct training for the teachers in the natural sciences, IT, and mathematics. The project aims to create the conditions for the teachers to be able to provoke students’ interest in natural sciences. The school envisions an education that would presents students with a view of the scientific and research work, while forming their key professional competences and motivating them to pursue professions in the natural sciences.
