The project will allow the Access to Information Program (www.aip-bg.org) to expand its activity by monitoring implementation practices in fulfilling the legal obligations for publication of official information; provision of legal assistance to access to information seekers, including court representation in cases of overriding public interest; and encouraging public debate on challenges facing transparency and accountability in public life.
