The Institute for Regional and International Studies will produce a series of analyses, including needs assessment, risk assessment, feasibility and sustainability studies of the multimillion plan for construction of NPP Belene. The Institute will also initiate a public debate on its findings in order to raise public awareness about the consequences of the project's implementation.
