The project at the Foreign Language School in Dobrich will modernize the school environment to make teaching and learning more interactive, student-oriented, and engaging. The project includes the modernization of 7 rooms that take up an entire wing of the school’s first floor: 4 language language classrooms; 1 Computer lab; 1 classroom for music and the arts; and 1 resource room for English language teachers. The language classrooms will be equipped with a beamer, a smart board, a laptop, speakers, an audio, and a flipchart. The school has 11 English teachers who will benefit tremendously from having their own resource room equipped with technology that would make it possible to use online resources in their preparation for class. The new computer lab will be equipped with 10 desktops, 5 laptops, an air conditioner, and a tablet. In addition, the project will provide a display screen (TV), speakers, and a video camera that will used for student projects. The adjacent corridor will be renovated as well as in-kind contribution from the school.
