"120 Years Law Faculty at Sofia University" Foundation

Renovation of one of the landmark audiences of the oldest higher education institution in Bulgaria is another project that the America for Bulgaria Foundation is funding given the paramount importance of the Sofia University and the Faculty of Law for the development of education and science in Bulgaria. The America for Bulgaria Foundation is providing the larger part of teh funding in the amount of BGN 1.2 million. The "120 Years Law Faculty at Sofia University" Foundation is contributing BGN 150,000 raised from alumni of the Faculty. The Sofia University is allocating another BGN 150,000 for the realization of the large-scale renovation and modernization. The grant will support the teaching of legal studies and international relations, the collaboration among students graduating law school, the promotion of postgraduate and graduate programs in law and international relations, the promotion of research, and the promotion and sharing of knowledge and experience between Sofia University and educational and non-governmental organizations in Bulgaria and abroad.
