A good idea is only the beginning. Turning it into action requires the ability to communicate clearly, earn people’s trust, and bring them together around a shared goal. These are the skills at the heart of the Leadership Education in America Program (LEAP), now accepting applications for its fifth edition.
LEAP is open to professionals aged 40 or younger from Bulgaria’s private, public, and nonprofit sectors. From April 3 to 19, 2027, selected participants will attend an intensive leadership and entrepreneurship program at Babson College near Boston, followed by professional and cultural activities in New York. The program is conducted entirely in English.
LEAP was created by the America for Bulgaria Foundation in partnership with Babson College, a pioneer in entrepreneurship education. It is coordinated by the Association of Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE), with the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law and the Institute for Market Economics as program partners.
The America for Bulgaria Foundation covers all participation expenses for selected applicants.
The application deadline is October 4, 2026. Applications must be completed in English.
