XVIII International Master Class of Raina Kabaivanska at New Bulgarian University

This master class, supported by ABF since 2009, is taught by Raina Kabaivanska, Bulgaria’s greatest opera diva and one of the most recognizable names in opera worldwide. In this edition of her master class, to be held on September 12–28, Raina Kabaivanska will work on improving the participants’ vocal technique and interpretation of different musical pieces. Eligible applicants are professional musicians or music students up to the age of 32. Auditions are highly competitive, and only top applicants are admitted. The master class will end with a gala at the National Opera and Ballet on September 29. The most successful participants receive scholarships from the Raina Kabaivanska Fund for further voice training in Italy.
