Established in September 2019, ARC Academy trains young people with creative talents who are interested in a career in the gaming industry in Bulgaria. Cofounders of the Academy are Anthony Christov, whose 30-year career in Hollywood includes 18 years as Pixar art director, and Milin Dzhalaliev, who has 16 years of experience in advertising and branding, ten of which as general manager of Saatchi & Saatchi Sofia. During the one-year program, students are taught by leading professionals in the gaming industry. The America for Bulgaria Foundation provides scholarships for the best candidates.
