Food and crafts workshops in Dedovite Kashti

This project is part of the Agritourism in North Bulgaria RFP for the development of food and crafts workshops at the family hotel Dedovite Kashti in the village of Staro Stefanovo, an architectural reserve with 96 monuments of culture from the end of the 18th and mid-19th century. In the workshops, tourists will learn how to make sourdough bread, baklava, oven-made jams, preserves, and lyutenitsa, molasses, pots and ceramic ware, handwoven items, and wood carvings.
