The mission of the Free Speech International Foundation is to provide objective and reliable information on local developments to the expat community in Bulgaria and to a wider audience abroad as well as to promote Bulgaria tourism by publishing relevant materials in the print and online versions of Vagabond Monthly, Bulgaria's only high-end English magazine.
