Monitoring the Trakia Highway Tender

Transparency International Bulgaria will monitor the public contracting procedure of a major infrastructure project – the Trakia Highway. The monitoring will focus on all phases of the deal from the examination of the tender documentation to the implementation of the awarded contract and the construction works. Based on this, recommendations for regulative amendments aimed at eliminating possibilities for embezzlement of public funds will be developed.
