This grant is aimed at advancing and enhancing the ‘chitalishte’ as a unique vehicle to reach out to local communities, especially in small towns or villages and add to their potential to contribute to local development and entrepreneurship through community participation in a number of genuine, meaningful and imaginative initiatives.
