When Students Stopped Coming, Their School Went to Them

Anton Strashimirov Primary and Middle School in the village of Bohot is a special school. Not only do teachers there use the latest teaching methods, but they also take a keen interest in students’ well-being. When the coronavirus outbreak left many Bohot residents struggling to provide for their families, the school team rolled up their sleeves. With help from the United against COVID-19 Response Fund, they purchased basic foodstuffs, personal protective equipment, and disinfectant for every household in need. And that’s not all.
