The America for Bulgaria Foundation and the Association of Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE) invite ambitious Bulgarians to apply for the next edition of the Leadership Education in America Program (LEAP).
LEAP 4.0 will take place from April 18 to May 4, 2026, in Boston and New York. The application deadline is October 10, 2025.
The program gives Bulgarian professionals from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors a chance to gain practical experience in the United States. Participants will attend a leadership program at Babson College, the world’s top institution for entrepreneurship education, and will take part in cultural and networking activities in New York.
LEAP helps participants develop essential leadership skills—how to communicate ideas clearly, inspire others, and rally support around a vision for the common good. It is open to applicants from all fields, born in 1986 or later and at least 18 years old.
Graduates of LEAP join ABLE’s vibrant community of young professionals who are making a difference in Bulgaria.
