Applications are now open for the 2020 Leaders in Agriculture Program of the America for Bulgaria Foundation.
Leaders in Agriculture is a two-week training program in the United States that will allow eight Bulgarian agriculture professionals to gain knowledge of and practical skills in precision agriculture and innovative technologies in grain and oilseed production. The program is suitable for Bulgarian farmers, managers, technicians, scientists, teachers, and administrators with experience and interest in the field.
A jury of Bulgarian and international agriculture experts will identify successful applicants through an open competition featuring in-depth interviews with each candidate.

Leaders in Agriculture is a program of the America for Bulgaria Foundation administered by the Norman Borlaug Institute of International Agriculture at the University of Texas A&M, one of the leading research institutions in the field of agriculture in the United States.
