The Foreign Language School in Pleven will create a Center for Informal and Electronic learning. The center will combine eight classrooms and their adjoining common spaces. The classrooms will be equipped with modern information technology, including laptops, tablets, and smart boards. The goal of the project is give the school community the opportunity to participate more actively in extracurricular and career-development activities. The newly formed “unconventional” classrooms will facilitate a more interactive teaching and learning process. In addition, the newly organized spaces and the new technology will facilitate the development of students’ organizational and presentation skills, which are critical for the students’ further professional development.
