We all know how important and necessary foreign language skills are today. Through this project, America for Bulgaria Foundation is continuing to work to improve English language education in language schools in Bulgaria. Over the next three years, 30 new US English language assistants will teach pupils from the eighth to the 12th grade, at 30 schools. This is an invaluable opportunity for students to improve their colloquial and written skills, get acquainted with some of the best examples of English and American literature in the original, and enrich their shared culture.

The American teachers will also continue their tradition of being active out of the classroom too, through various socially significant initiatives, which also involve their students.
