When you close your eyes and smell the lime and hear the jazz, you must be in Stara Zagora at the Jazz Forum Stara Zagora at the Avgusta Trayana ancient forum.

This year's Jazz Forum, entitled "Big Stars and the Big Bands" pays tribute to the big names of jazz - Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, and the great Bulgarian musician, Villy Kazasyan. This year's special guests are saxophonist Craig Bailey and trombonist Conrad Herwig. Those who took part in previous Jazz Forums include saxophonists Jerry Bergonzi, George Garzone, Harvey Thompson and guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel.
