The Leaders in Agriculture Program is an initiative of the America for Bulgaria Foundation for a short-term experiential training in the United States of Bulgarian farmers, managers, technical specialists, researchers, university faculty, and administrators in the area of agriculture. In 2018, sixteen agriculture professionals, selected after a competition, will take part in two training programs in the United States in the areas of beef breeding and grain processing. During the program, participants will meet with agriculture practitioners, participate in field observations and industry visits, and attend university courses, seminars, conferences, and expos.
