This grant is to support the seventh edition of Jazz Forum Stara Zagora 2018. ABF started supporting Stara Zagora Jazz Forum in 2014 in order to bring jazz, a traditional American music genre, to a broader audience in Bulgaria. Every year, the festival, which includes an array of jazz gigs, events for children, master classes, and exhibitions, attracts around 3,000 people to the Roman-era forum in downtown Stara Zagora. The seventh edition, titled “The Beauty in Music,” will take place on June 7–9 and feature performances by Carol Jarvis (UK), Camille Bertault (France), Maria Raducanu (Romania), Agnieszka Hekiert (Poland), Konstantin Kostov (Bulgaria), Boryana Dimitrova (Bulgaria), Kamelia Todorova (Bulgaria), and Nara Arakelian (Armenia) as well as the Military Big Band – Stara Zagora.
