This grant is for the September 2018 edition of Fortissimo Fest in Sofia, Razgrad, and Vratsa. So far, Fortissimo Fest has held 17 concerts attracting more than 44,000 people in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse, Burgas, and Veliko Tarnovo. The 2018 edition will begin in Razgrad on September 12 with a concert featuring popular and folklore music. The Vratsa concert will take place on September 14. The festival will end in Sofia on September 16. A highlight of the concert will be a performance by Bulgarian violinist Svetlin Rusev, who will be accompanied by Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra. All concerts will be conducted by Maxim Eshkenazy.
