This grant will support the creation of the Pendara Training Center, the only licensed training center in Bulgaria focused on the development of micro- and small-scale artisan food businesses. Developed by the LocalFood.bg Foundation, the center will offer training, mentoring, and networking opportunities to participants. The center will provide courses covering the basics of starting and running a small food business: registration, taxation, operations, and marketing. Courses will be offered both on-site and online.
