Neofit Rilski Primary School is a small K-7 school located in the remote village of Bel Kamen in the Western Rhodope mountains. Following ABF’s initial support for the school to create a contemporary learning center on the first floor, the school has served as a community center, as the village has neither a library nor any other communal space available to its residents. With ABF’s current support, the school will provide more adequate facilities to meet the basic needs of its students.
