The aim of the project is to organize a fermentation food festival in Prevala, a village in the region of Montana, that showcases fermentation products from small local producers of wine, beer, goat milk, sourdough bread, pickled vegetables, marmalades, and others. The festival will present local food producers and attract tourism to the Northwest.
