Business Academy for Starting Entrepreneurs (BASE) is а training program designed to enable small business owners and budding entrepreneurs to obtain financial success by starting and operating viable businesses that provide jobs and improve communities. It is a thirteen-week training program and is supported by professional trainers and mentors with considerable entrepreneurial experience. In Northeast Bulgaria, the program will be run by the East Accelerator Foundation. In 2021, eight groups of around 25 participants each are expected to enroll in the program.
