The project involves students between 1st and 7th grade and aims to develop seven strengths of the character based on the experience of the KIPP schools in the United States. The project includes teachers training, workshops for skills development, and interventions for low-achieving students. During the project, the school will partner and mentor with another school, which has experience in introducing workshops for skills and positive education.
