Extension Service in Dairy Farming

The objective of this project is to create and develop an Extension Service in dairy farming. The Extension Service will be part of the Department for ”Post-Graduate Qualification, Continuous Education and Consulting” at Trakia University, Stara Zagora. The strategic goal of the Extension Service will be to achieve higher qualification and increase the knowledge of dairy cattle and sheep farmers. The goal will be achieved by providing updated information, professional advice and consultancy, and practical assistance for the effective establishment of a competitive dairy husbandry sector and the implementation of good international farming practices in dairy husbandry.
