This proposal is aimed at founding the first of its kind Center for career development and civic education in a vocational agricultural school in Bulgaria to provide linkage between the real business sector and the future workforce in the field of agriculture, food industry and tourism. It will serve students and other individuals looking for jobs and better realization on the labor market. The project encompasses renovation and reconstruction of one whole wing of the school building, including: 5 cabinets for: information and accounting services; economics; agro-ecology; landscaping and floriculture; civic education and psychological consulting; 2 cabinets for practical classes in: agro-ecology; landscaping and floriculture; and 1 real-life enterprise office; 1 meeting room for the purposes and the needs of the educational school enterprises run by students of the school under the mentorship of school teachers; and 1 information and reception bureau to serve as a place for carrying out students’ practices for the 12th-grade students, where information on the Center’s activities will be presented and individuals consulted by the students, thus helping them practice their knowledge on business communication, management, marketing and entrepreneurship.
