According to WHO, 67% of the premature deaths among the Bulgarian population is due to heart related diseases. CheckPoint Cardio Ltd. has developed an innovative medical solution for remote patient diagnostics and health management. Through smart wearable medical devices which stream in real time ECG and other physiological data to a dedicated 24/7 virtual medical ward, the patients can be diagnosed anytime and anywhere. 1,500 patients at risk will be included in the observation. It is expected that some of them will be diagnosed with a yet non-recognized cardiovascular condition and will be referred to further specialized consultation and treatment.
