Train next generation tourism entrepreneurs in the Eastern Rhodopes

This grant will cover tour guide training for fifteen individuals from the Eastern Rhodopes. This is a grassroots initiative from the local community aiming to involve young people in the tourism sector. The first part of the training, featuring theoretical and practical components, will be delivered by local tourism experts. In addition to the training program, a guidebook for tour guides will be created. In the second phase of the training, participants will acquire professional tour guide certification provided by the Association of Tour Guides in Bulgaria.
