The project has two main components – 1) а stipend for the participation of one Bulgarian journalist per year in the nine-week WPI Fellowship program in the United States; and 2) annual journalism conference in Bulgaria entitled “New Horizons in Journalism,” which is organized by WPI and the Association of European Journalists – Bulgaria.
