This grant provides funding for the organization of the second edition of the Open Vratsa City Festival in Vratsa. The festival will feature walking and architectural tours of the town, two stages with music, theater, and literature performances. Additionally, the event will showcase local artisans and artists, an art bazaar, and food and drinks from regional producers.
