The project addresses a problem that tops the list of priorities of the majority of Bulgarians: the quality and access to health care. It does so by developing and expanding a service to provide regular and competent consultations for citizens, patients and medical doctors and guide them in the complex and often contradictory provisions of the laws and by-laws that regulate the access to health care; the project will also reach out to the expat community in Bulgaria through a version in English of its web site.
