The project ill modernize the Sofia University by refurbishing Lecture Hall 224 at the central building of the University and the attendant hallways leading to it. The refurbished premises will host students and professors from the legal and economic departments and will provide them with the technology for applying contemporary methods of teaching and learning. The renovated Hall will allow approximately one hundred Bulgarian students to participate in regular on-line lectures presented by prominent U.S. or European professors.
