This provides funding for a three-phase pediatric training program comprising: (1) a study visit by a Bulgarian medical delegation to Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) in New York; (2) a ten-course e-learning program developed by WCM on key aspects of pediatric healthcare, including quality of care, patient safety, palliative care, and family engagement; and (3) a WCM delegation visit to Bulgaria to deliver in-person workshops and share best practices in pediatric healthcare.
