Until now, little attention has been given toward facilitating the movement of successful Roma into the private sector. This program is providing fellowships to 20 Roma interns to participate in three month internships with leading corporations in Sofia and Plovdiv. The hope is that these internships will open up long-term employment opportunities, create networks amongst successful Roma youth, and help combat stereotypes by creating positive examples in the workplace.
