Young Leadership Development Internship Program

The ultimate long term goal of this eight-week internship program is to empower 30 ambitious and talented Bulgarian students to realize their full potential and leadership skills. The program is implemented by Empower United in partnership with JobTiger and the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG). It starts with a two-week intensive orientation training hosted by AUBG in conjunction with leading training professionals and representatives of successful companies and organizations in Bulgaria. The concept of the orientation program is to provide the participants with the personal and professional skills necessary to successfully enter the work force and ultimately grow as leaders in the community. The orientation program is followed by a very meaningful work experience with a leading company or organization in Bulgaria.
