The School of the Future project aims at stimulating students’ creativity and improving the quality of education by using new teaching methodologies, broad application of information technologies, and improving the school environment. In order to achieve this, the 73rd Language School in Sofia will establish two centers. A language center will include entirely refurbished 8 class rooms with modern audio-visual equipment where qualified teachers will apply interactive teaching methods. A library/information center will further facilitate language training at the school. The natural science center will host the renovated laboratories in chemistry, physics, biology, geography, history, and two repositories. All of them will be equipped with contemporary teaching tools meeting the requirements of each particular subject. The school will raise additional BGN 73,380 for the implementation of the project.
