The aim of the project is to equip a training confectionery workshop at the Professional School of Grain Processing and Food Technologies in Russe as bread production and confectionery are one of the main disciplines studies at this agricultural school. The confectionery workshop will be situated on the ground floor of the school dormitory, together with 3 other smaller premises used by all dormitory residents – a computer/TV/reading room, a small improvised gym, and an auxiliary premise to the confectionery workshop. As a result, the students at the Russe agricultural school will benefit from the opportunity to acquire practical skills that will later help them pursue jobs in the private sector.
