Defisto is a private drama studio established in January 2011, with the support of New Boyana Film and the Sofia Municipality. Currently 75 children in two groups (9 to 12 and 13 to 18 years of age) attend classes at Defisto. The ABF grant will be used to support staging of three plays of young American playrights This year, Eric Bogosian’s Suburbia will be staged. The premiere of the play is expected in September 2014 at Sfumato Theatre.
