Multipurpose Classroom

The project will set up a multipurpose classroom at the Bratya Miladinovi Primary School in Burgas. The renovated facility will create appropriate conditions for applying interactive methods of teaching and will demonstrate how technologies can be used for developing students’ creativity. The initiative builds upon the already existing MOODLE platform that will be used for teaching purposes for the first time at the school. A new Virtual Classroom product will be introduced to the school. In addition to the interactive board, the classroom will be equipped with 30 tablets, headphone sets and microphones. The dynamic software will allow students to communicate with their peers worldwide. Although the facility is designed as an English language laboratory, it will serve much broader needs. It can be used as an interactive classroom for teaching different subjects or as a venue for teaching IT. Further, a special device guarantees the mobility of the equipment and the virtual classroom can be moved to other premises. The project will provide training to the teachers to use the new system.
