The Center of NGOs in Razgrad will stage regular civic monitoring on 24 regional or district courts in three appellate circuits in Bulgaria. The reports with observers’ findings will be discussed with the management of the courts and with the Supreme Judicial Council to serve as a basis for recommendations for improvement of court performance and for speeding up of the judicial process.
